Once you have chosen the property that suits you, we will take you to a solicitor who will deal with the legalities on your behalf. He will do the necessary checks on the property and deal with all the paperwork. e.g that permission was obtained to build and that the property is clear of debt. He will then draw up a contract between you and us. The contract will be translated to English for your convenience, this will be done by a local Government translator. Stated in the contract will be the conditions of sale and details of payments. Monies will be transfered toForever Homes bank account in Turkey.
Your passport copies and the title deeds will be sent to the Turkish Military Service to be checked. Once your application has been approved you will visit the Tapu office along with a representative from Forever Homes and your translator to receive your Tapu(title deed).
